Report Customization

Fidelio Suite 8 is a very flexible system, where many different features can be used at the same time. There are several reports that take many features into consideration, but sometimes, not used features still are shown on the reports and should be removed or replaced with other features.

Among the marketing fields of a profile (like VIP code, interests, specials) and profile notes, there are several reservation features (market, source and channel codes, specials, amenities, rate code, package elements, etc.) and reservation notes.

There is a large set of statistical reports, but sometimes there are requests (specially from the marketing and accounting/financial departments) that are not easily available.

For these situations there are several solutions:

- cutomization of the existing report (Crystal Report)

- creation of a new report based on a special layout displaying

- creation of an OLAP cube report

Also the customization of templates like confirmation letters, registration cards, contracts and function sheets to consider all used features in several languages is among our services.
