Conference & Catering Management - CCM

This module of Fidelio Suite 8 enables the management of booking of events. Each booking is detailed on 4 levels:

- 1st level - booking: includes all details for the entire booking, like customer name, booking type and status, market, source and channel codes, responsible sales, conferences and rooms managers

- 2nd level - events: a booking may include e.g. setup, welcome area, dining, dancing, set-down. In this case 5 events will be created. Each event includes the details with date, start and end time, number of attendees, room/ function space blocked

- 3rd level - resources: there are 3 different resource types: function space, menu or inventory item

- 4th level - resource details: each menu includes menu items, divided into categories Food and Beverage

 

Bookings may also include individual hotel room reservations, groups or allotments. On the other side, it is also possible to have a booking without accommodation at all.

 

Contracts, function sheets (or event orders) including all details can be issued from this module. Separate notes can be added to each leavel.

 

An additional tool called "Room Planner" allows the user to design the function space and have tables and chairs for the booked number of attendees automatically placed in the selected seating type.

 

The services include consulting, assistance, configuration and training of these areas.
