Data Conversion

Data Conversion from legacy versions of Fidelio into the latest version of Fidelio Suite 8: 

- Fidelio Front Office version 6 or 7

- Fidelio Sales & Catering version 6

- Opera PMS

- Opera S&C

Data Migration from any file into Fidelio Suite 8:

- Excel file

- CSV file

The data conversion includes the following average time estimates:

- profiles conversion: 1-2 days

- reservation history: 1-2 days

- guests in house (reservations and open balances): 8 hours

- future reservations: 1-2 days

- groups & allotments: 0,5 days

- tasks & activities: 0,5 - 1 day

- general statistics (manager report, revenue reports): 0,5 days

- accounts receivables: 0,5 - 1 day

The data conversion can be performed in 2 steps:

- step 1 - one week prior to the live date (production start) of Fidelio Suite 8: configuration, profiles and reservation history

- step 2 - on the live date (production start) of Fidelio Suite 8: remaining profiles, remaining reservation history, guests in house, future reservations, open balances, accounts receivables, statistics (manager report, revenue report).

Note: Text templates (confirmation letters, A/R reminder letters, etc.), documents (stored invoices) and reports cannot be imported.

Suggestion A: Profiles & history only

This option includes the conversion of the profiles with the according history entries and the statistics from the manager and revenue reports.

Future reservations, groups, allottments, etc. need to be entered manually by the users.

Average: 2-4 days

Suggestion B: full conversion

Average: 3-6 days, depending on the volume of data to be processed.

Recommended to split into 2 steps (as described above)
