Fidelio Suite 8 is divided in 3 major areas:

- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

includes: profile management, marketing, tasks & activities, mailing

- PMS (Property Management System)

includes: reservations, groups & allottments, housekeeping, cashiering, financials, end of day closure

- CCM (Conference & Catering Management)

includes: management of booking, events, resources, menus, menu items, miscellaneous items

All areas include a vast reporting engine for statistics, forecasts, financials, journals.

The available services include

- the installation of the database on a server and necessary files and modules

- the configuration of the system

- the training of all required areas

- the customization of reports

- trouble shooting and support

- the data conversion from legacy systems like Fidelio Front Office versions 6 and 7, Opera PMS and S&C or any Excel of CSV file.
